Trim page margins without guessing
Cropping changes the visible page area by trimming space from the top, right, bottom or left. It is useful for scanned documents with large borders, slides exported with unnecessary whitespace, or pages that need a tighter presentation.
Crop percentages apply relative to the page size, so the same setting can remove different physical amounts on pages with different dimensions. Start with small values and preview the result. Aggressive cropping can cut page numbers, signatures, stamps or text near the edge.
Cropping is not a secure redaction method. Do not use it to hide confidential information that must be permanently removed; use a proper redaction workflow for that purpose.
